Sunday Mornings

Children and youth are vital participants in all of the Sunday morning programs at Judson. Whether leading in worship (as musicians, liturgists, readers, ushers, communion servers, or Bible openers), sharing refreshments and conversation, or participating in educational programs, Judson’s children and youth bring a vibrant and creative energy to our whole community.

Sunday morning programming begins with Christian Education for all ages. Following the education hour, children and youth are invited to worship with the entire community. A special and delightful part of Sunday worship is a Time with Children, during which the children come forward to hear a story or other presentation related to the themes of the service.

After Time with Children, all preK – 8th graders (high school youth are also welcome) have the option of remaining in the sanctuary or participating in a special worship oriented program just for them – Worship & Wonder.
